Our Student Ambassadors are responsible for raising the profile of Ditch the Label across their University by partnering up with societies, local businesses, bloggers and other local contacts. Students are responsible for hosting events, talks and fundraisers with the support of Ditch the Label head office staff. Examples of things that our Student Ambassadors have done in the past include bake sales, photo shoots and public debate sessions. As long as your ideas are in line with the values of Ditch the Label and have been signed off, we’re happy for you to do whatever it takes to build awareness, raise funds and grow the Ditch the Label ethos.

How do I Apply?

Each university/college will have a maximum of 2 Student Ambassadors who are voluntarily responsible for running and hosting events, campus activities and building relationships with local organizations to help fundraise and spread the Ditch the Label message. In return for your input, aside from the amazing experiences you’ll receive, we will also give you a reference for your CV and will provide you with extensive training and mentorship opportunities.

Student Ambassador positions are best suited to students who are outgoing, confident and passionate about anti-bullying. The experience is especially beneficial to anybody looking to work within the third sector, in events or marketing.
