we can and will
beat bullying

How You Can Help

At Ditch the Label, we like to collaborate with others who share our vision for a world that is fair, equal and free from all types of bullying. There are a number of ways to help us, but if you have any other ideas – please do get in touch.

Making a one off or regular donation is quick, safe, easy and is one of the most effective ways of helping us provide our crucial support services. We estimate that for every $3 donated we are able to support 1 young person. We use JustGiving to process all one-off and regular donations.

Buy Merchandise

Our growing range of merchandise is pretty much a win-win situation because you get something awesome and we are able to use the profit to fund support to help people overcome bullying. Our merchandise is designed by our product development team, and to be honest it's all kinds of amazing.

Become an Ambassador

Our Media Ambassadors work with us and the media to help raise awareness through the power of story telling. Our Student Ambassadors represent Ditch the Label by running awareness events, fundraisers and activities across campus. Find out more about our Ambassador programmes below.

Fundraise for Us

Host a party, run an obscene distance or wax your legs - whatever your thing is, we'd be honoured if you would consider doing it for Ditch the Label. Setting up a fundraising campaign is quick and easy and can be processed via our partners at JustGiving or Virgin Money.

Become a Mentor

Got a ton of life experience and a need to help others? Join as a voluntary Digital Mentor and help us expand the reach of our support. Note that all Digital Mentors will be required to go through FBI checks and a series of Ditch the Label training programmes.

Use your voice

There isn't a better way of promoting something than word of mouth; or so our marketing team tell us. By sharing our content and messages via social media and email, you can help us reach even more people who are in need of support. It takes 2 seconds to make a real measurable impact.
